DOING BUSINESS
WITH PERCH

We value our relationships with our suppliers and seek to be transparent and fair in how we interact with them.

Please see our Working with Perch Handbook if you have any questions regarding how to work with Perch.
You can also reach out to suppliers@perchhq.com at any time if you have questions.

In addition to asking our suppliers to stand behind their products and services, we ask our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, be ethical and transparent and avoid all conflicts of interest. To this end our suppliers are also expected to comply with the provisions of the Perch Code of Ethics that are applicable to them.

We also care deeply about our supply chain and expect all of our suppliers to treat their workers fairly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including modern slavery laws. Our commitment to compliance with these laws is set forth in our Modern Slavery Policy and we expect all of our suppliers to hold themselves to at least these standards.

If you have any trouble with invoicing or payment provisions, please send all questions and invoices directly to ap@perchhq.com.

Additionally, Perch is committed to economic inclusion and values partnering and engaging with woman-, minority-, disability- or veteran-owned businesses (MWDVBE) and we are looking to expand opportunities for certified MWDVBE enterprises. If you are certified, or would like additional information about our program - please contact supplierdiversity@perchhq.com.

Finally, we encourage our suppliers to report any suspected violations of our Code of Ethics.  Please see our Perch Code of Ethics for information on how to reach us if you would like to report a suspected violation.
